DZS's line of PON and Active-Ethernet ONTs are designed for advanced triple-play deployments in Fiber-to-the-x applications.
The real power of the DZS ONT’s is in its full Residential Gateway (RG) functions. The DZS ONTs provide a best-in-class solution with many features often not available on competing products.

The standard models typically include including multiple ethernet, POTS/VoIP, and multicast video support. Typically 4x LAN Ports (1/2.5/10G), two POTS Voice FXS ports, one USB port, and optional WiFi (with internal antennas) in a compact enclosure. Voice ports support industry standard SIP and MGCP voice signaling providing reliable voice services. DZS'’s experience with packet voice ensures interoperability and support with a large number of soft switches.

- An XGSPON ONT on SFP+ module is also available and cab used in any device to provide PON access, e.g. and a switch, router or other network component
